How It Works:

Choose your favorite throwback theme—whether it’s the neon-soaked ‘80s, the grunge-filled ‘90s, or a wild Time Machine that zips through the decades—and we’ll take care of the rest! Our two fabulous hosts will show up dressed to the nines in era-appropriate outfits, ready to entertain your crowd with bingo, trivia, mini-challenges, and multimedia throwbacks from your chosen decade.

Encourage your team, club members, and guests to come dressed in their best decade-themed outfits. From double denim and leg warmers to flannel shirts and frosted tips, the more outrageous, the better! Over the course of this 3-hour event, you’ll see your community like never before—singing along to Britney, busting out Macarena moves, and laughing through mini-challenges that bring everyone together.


Fundraising Opportunities:

Bingo Card Sales:
Charge an entry fee that includes a set of bingo cards—or sell additional cards throughout the night to increase your fundraising. The more cards people buy, the better their chances of winning!

Theme-Based Raffles:
Host raffles with prizes inspired by your chosen decade—think ‘80s mixtape bundles, ‘90s snack packs, or retro gadgets. Get local businesses involved by donating items to boost the raffle's appeal.

Do we have to book a full package?

Not at all. You can book a full weekend package, or just choose the bits you need – like accommodation, a night out, or a group activity. We’re all about keeping it flexible to suit your crew and your budget.

Do you organise flights and transport?

Yep! We can organise flights, buses, transfers – whatever you need to get the team there and back in one piece. Just let us know your starting point, and we’ll sort the rest.

How do payments work?

We make it simple. Each team member can pay their share individually through our secure platform. No more chasing people for money or covering the full amount up front.

Can we customise the trip?

Absolutely. Want a pub crawl, paintball, brewery tour or VIP night out? We’ll build the trip around your preferences. Every itinerary is tailored to your team’s vibe.

How far in advance should we book?

The earlier, the better – especially for popular destinations. We recommend booking at least 8–10 weeks in advance to lock in the best deals and availability.

What if we don’t have final numbers yet?

No stress – you can lock in the trip with an estimate and update the headcount closer to the date. We’ll guide you on when we need those final numbers confirmed.
